Watford next manager after Marco Silva

Odds Coming Soon

Marco Silva was appointed as the new manager of Watford in the summer. And under his shrewd guidance, Watford has become a different team entirely. They don’t look like a mid-table team anymore. On the contrary, they are looking like the team who may slip into the European spots if one of the top six team slips out. The reason behind it is they are looking like a complete team. Even against a strong top six side, they haven’t shown any kind of weakness thus far. Moreover, they have been able to take points from the big teams while playing exciting football. All this is thanks to the brilliant mind of Marco Silva. And the other big teams haven’t failed to notice that too. Thus a lot of teams are trying to appoint Marco Silva as their new manager to change their fortunes too. So, Watford may have to think about finding another suitable managerial replacement in the not too distant future. And luckily they will have a lot of great options to choose from.

Ronald Koeman:

Ronald Koeman Is that latest manager to be sacked prematurely. He had great success with Southampton and did pretty well in his first season in charge of Everton too. But his latest season as the manager of Everton has been disastrous, to say the least. The reason behind hid failures this season may be because of the lack of quality wingers at his disposal. Ronald Koeman’s team plays in a counter-attacking system. So a big strong striker and quick wide players are must for his side. But in the summer transfer window, Everton was unable to sign any of that kind of players. Thus Ronald Koeman’s team was unable to play by his philosophy. On the other hand, Watford already has great players with traits which are must for a Ronald Koeman side. So, replacing Marco Silva won’t be a hard task for Ronald Koeman in the future.

Craig Shakespeare:

Craig Shakespeare had a shockingly good start as the manager of Leicester City last season. But his start to the new campaign hasn’t been as good as the previous year. Thus he has been sacked by Leicester. But this kind of bad spell was bound to happen to any new manager and if he was given time he could have surely made Leicester perform to their best. Now he must have learned what his mistakes were in his last job. So with new understanding, Craig Shakespeare needs a new challenge to improve on his managerial skills.

Sam Allardyce:

Big Sam is one of the most well-known managers of the Premier League and gave us a lot of great memories throughout the years. His sides are well known for their solid defensive work and strong performances against the big teams. So, replacing Marco Silva with Big Sam is almost a like for like replacement.
