The 2019 LoL World Championships is an upcoming international League of Legends tournament, set in Europe to conclude the LoL eSports Season. Riot Games host the tournament and a total of twenty-four teams from fourteen different regions will partake and compete against each other for the Summoner’s Cup and the lion share of the prize pool of competition.
Riot Games has announced the next three LoL World Championships regions such as Europe (2019), China (2020), and North America (2021). The 2019’s final event will take place in Paris at the recently-renovated AccorHotles Arena. The World Championship events of Riot have become some of the most popular games within eSports. Compared to previous years, it was the highest-viewed event across the whole industry. In the tournament of LoL World Championship, teams will fight for the champion title that is the seventy pounds Summoner’s Cup and a $1 Million championship prize.
