Bundesliga First Manager To Leave

The Bundesliga 2019/20 begins on 16 August, the most watched football league in Europe, followed by an average of 44,646 visitors from stadiums last season at stadiums through Germany. The favorite is of course the Bavarian giant Bayern, while the big fight will be fought for the remaining 3 Champions League places, and nothing less interesting will be the fight for survival. Borussia Dortmund is expected to complicate the Bayern’s plans but it seems that the team from Munich is just to strong. However their manager Nico Kovac isn’t very popular among the players and fans of Bayern. Even last season he had some troubles but he managed to keep his job. This season everyone is expecting from Bayern to make some success in the Champions League, so Kovac will be under great preassure even from the very start of the season.

According to bookmakers main candidate among the managers to leave Bundesliga is Steffen Baumgart from Paderborn. Although last season he won promotion with this team, many are saying that he will have hard time in German first league and won’t keep his job through the season. Urs Fischer is manager of Union Berlin who also got promoted last season. Although he has very great and successful season with his team in the second league, the experts aren’t giving him many chances that he will stay on the managerial post for long. The manager of Herta Berlin Ante Čović will have chance to prove himself on the big stage, but the bookmakers also aren’t giving him many chances that he will keep his job. Martin Schmidt, the manager of Augsburg is also expected to have difficulties through the season and maybe will have to leave the job before the season ends. Achim Beierlorzer is the new manager of FC Koln, and he will have chance to prove himself on the big stage. Howeve the experts are skeptical that he will keep his job, and maybe he will be the first one the leave the Bundesliga. Alfred Schreuder the manager of Hoffenheim may have difficulties to fulfill the wishes of the fans, especially because in the last few seasons they are used to big success and top half finish from their team. Friedhelm Funkel the manager of Fortuna Dusseldorf will have real challenge this season to avoid relegation for the team and to save his job.

Unlike these managers, the jobs of Lucien Favre (Borrusia Dortmund), Peter Bosz (Bayer Leverkusen), Julian Nagelsmann (RB Leipzig), Christian Streich (SC Freiburg) and Adi Hütter (Eintracht Frankfurt) are considered as the most secure in the league, because of the previous good season and the good job they are doing in the teams. However it only needs a little, a few bad results and their jobs also can be very unstable.

This is a league where changing of the managers isn’t strange to the teams and it’s done very often, so it is very difficult to quess which of the managers will leave the Bundesliga first.
