Hull City Next Manager

Hull City sacked Leonid Slutsky in only six months after hiring him as he had only a 19% win record at Hull. He was sacked on December 2017 after being appointed on June. The club appointed Nigel Adkins as the manager on an 18-month contract. Nigel previously managed Sheffield United for a year. After joining Hull City in the middle of the season, the club finished at 18th position on the Championship table. Nigel Adkins didn’t start the 2018/19 very well as well. The club sits very low on the table at the 21st position with only 4 points in 6 games. With only one position above the relegation zone has led the fans to question him and rumors have started on him possibly getting sacked.

If Nigel Adkins is sacked, the managers who could replace him are-

Gary Megson:
Previous Team: West Brom (Caretaker)
Gary Megson is a very experienced manager who is currently not managing any club. He has managed many clubs in England over his career including Stoke City, West Brom, Bolton, Leicester City. He was one of the top favorites to replace Slutsky at Hull City on December 2017. But the job went to Nigel Adkins instead. If the board decides to sack Adkins then Gary Megson could become the favorites to become the manager of Hull City.

Simon Grayson:
Previous Team: Bradford City
Simon Grayson joined Bradford City on February 2018 and he left the club at the end of the season after his contract expired. He is mostly known from his time at Leeds United where he was the manager for over three years. Simon is currently not managing any other club and he could be a choice for Hull City if they decide to sack Adkins.

Paul Lambert:
Previous Team: Stoke City
Paul Lambert was appointed as the manager in the Premier League club Stoke City on January 2018 after the club had a poor run of form. He was appointed to help the club to avoid the relegation zone but he failed to deliver. He left his post by mutual agreement with the club after the end of the season. He has quite a lot of experience in the Championship which is why Hull City could decide to hire him if they sacked Nigel Adkins.
