Next Permanent Northampton Manager
Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink could find his future at Northampton Town coming to an end soon, despite having only joined the club in September 2017.
The Premier League legend, who turned out for a number of clubs including Chelsea, has had a good start to his career as a manager, looking to learn his trade at a number of lower league sides.
JFH, as he is sometimes known, has taken charge of Burton Albion, Queens Park Rangers and Northampton during his time in England, however, he has failed to stay in a job for more than a year so far.
His time at the Pirelli Stadium with Burton is widely regarded as a success and his best performance as a head coach to date, as he guided the team to League One in his first year.
Halfway through the campaign, the Netherlands international led Albion to top spot, however, he was lured to QPR and the prospect of a tougher challenge.
His time in the Championship was less than impressive, as he guided his team to a mid-table finish when they were expected to be challenging for promotion back to the Premier League.
He was dismissed almost one year later and took a year out of the game, before heading to Sixfields Stadium, where he is still situated.
However, he has struggled to get positive results since taking over the Cobblers, going on a number of winless-streaks and seen his side slip to just outside the drop zone.
Northampton could be prepared to give JFH his marching orders should things not change quickly, or he may decide to leave at some point, meaning the club will need to consider their next permanent manager.
